Grace has over a decade of experience in advising financial institutions and payments companies on regulatory matters in Southeast Asia, with a focus on Singapore and Hong Kong. She is a strong advocate for digital innovation, investments and critical infrastructural transformation. Grace is also an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy, and sits on the IAPP Women Leading Privacy Board where she is the key representative for Asia.
Anoushka Dua is the Head of Citi’s Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business for Singapore
and ASEAN. She manages the Singapore TTS business, where she is based, which provides
integrated cash management and trade finance services to multinational corporations, financial
institutions, and public sector organizations. She is also responsible for the leadership of the
business in the ASEAN cluster of markets, comprising Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines,
Thailand, and Vietnam.
Jackie is Global Head of Payment Market Infrastructures, Go To Market, Business Development at SWIFT. Her extensive experience leading successful project and commercial teams in diverse environments, countries and markets (including Tokyo, Brussels, London, NY, Singapore and Sydney) and delivering complex projects, has allowed her to manage and influence key stakeholders internally and externally, including market participants. Jackie is a New Zealander and is fluent in English and Japanese.

Divya heads American Express’ Global Network Services for 20 markets in Asia & South Pacific ensuring card issuing scale and merchant coverage in partnership with large banks across the region. At American Express for 16 years, she’s worked across roles of increasing responsibility in General Management, Business, Strategy, Finance and Operations and has led several D&I initiatives over her tenure, and actively mentors women leaders within and outside the organization.

Rebekah Wong joined J.P. Morgan in 2013 and is now heading Singapore Wholesale Payments, responsible for franchise strategy, product development, service delivery and implementation across three lines of businesses - Treasury Services, Trade Finance and Merchant Services.
Rebekah also oversees Market Management and strategic initiatives for the APAC Wholesale Payments business, responsible for developing market positioning strategies, delivering insights and thought leadership, and executing business transformation initiatives.
