I have 23 years+ of work experience across multiple markets (India, Hong Kong and now Singapore) in regional and country roles, primarily with HSBC and Standard Chartered.

My experience encompasses full transaction banking – Cash, Trade, Supply Chain Finance and Structured financing solutions. Within HSBC I have managed the marquee regional corporate treasury names for Asia Pacific , both in HK and SG.

Teresa Cameron is Group CEO of Clear Junction, where she leads the company’s next phase of international growth across payments infrastructure and digital asset capabilities. She brings more than 25 years of experience across trading, foreign exchange, treasury and financial operations, and previously served as Clear Junction’s Group CFO.

Before joining Clear Junction, she held senior roles across financial services and technology, including leadership positions at PRS for Music and UNiDAYS. Teresa has played a central role in shaping Clear Junction’s strategy, strengthening governance and expanding its international footprint. She is a regular voice on cross-border payments, hybrid fiat and on-chain infrastructure, stablecoin adoption, safeguarding and treasury operations.

Grace has over a decade of experience in advising financial institutions and payments companies on regulatory matters in Southeast Asia, with a focus on Singapore and Hong Kong. She is a strong advocate for digital innovation, investments and critical infrastructural transformation. Grace is also an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy, and sits on the IAPP Women Leading Privacy Board where she is the key representative for Asia.

Anoushka Dua is the Head of Payments for Asia South and JANA within Citi’s Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for the strategic direction, business growth, and risk management of the Payments franchise across Asia South and JANA. In this role, she leads the delivery of end-to-end payments solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, public sector organizations, and commercial banking clients.

Seasoned finance and compliance executive with 25+ years leading global finance, audit, and compliance at Mastercard, HPE, KPMG, and PayPal. Currently VP, International Markets Controller at PayPal Singapore, driving growth, risk, and operational excellence.

Serina Hourican is the managing director leading a team of sales officers accountable for cash management, card, and trade throughout the APAC region. Serina is involved in several committees and networks focused on advancing diversity and inclusion and professional development.

Divya heads American Express’ Global Network Services for 20 markets in Asia & South Pacific ensuring card issuing scale and merchant coverage in partnership with large banks across the region. At American Express for 16 years, she’s worked across roles of increasing responsibility in General Management, Business, Strategy, Finance and Operations and has led several D&I initiatives over her tenure, and actively mentors women leaders within and outside the organization.

Rohini is a distinguished Technology Leader in APAC, a 2021 Women in Payments ASEAN Innovation Award winner, and a Fiserv "Expert Engineer." With 20 years in payments, she has crafted end-to-end solutions by effectively collaborating with business and tech teams.

Winnie Lau is a seasoned professional with over two decades of enterprise experience, currently in a fast-growing fintech serving as the Global Head of Commercial at Payermax. In this role, she specializes in cross-border payin and payouts, empowering organizations to scale globally and operate with enhanced efficiency. Leading people past 15 years, Winnie is renowned for her personable and authentic leadership style. She is a passionate advocate about empowering individuals to discover their unique voices and build a personal brand that resonate with their true selves.

Amy is the Head of Client Implementation & Service for APAC & EMEA at BNY Treasury Services. With 17 years of banking experience, Amy has driven digital transformation in Cash, Securities Services & Trade Finance for institutional clients. She co-leads BNY’s APAC philanthropy and supports charitable causes beyond work, and advocates for leadership development for youth and women.

Victoria is the head of Payments for J.P. Morgan Malaysia and is responsible to develop and execute business growth strategy, product development and client engagement for the transaction banking business. With more than 17 years of banking experience across global banks and consulting firms, she brings solution insights that can help Malaysian and multinational corporates in their banking needs.
