Bianca joined J.P Morgan in 2013, and in January 2021, Bianca assumed the role of Head of Wholesale Payments, Australia and New Zealand. The Wholesale Payments business encompasses payments, receivables, liquidity, FX, account services, channels, escrow, trade and merchant acquiring.
With over 20 years of corporate and investment banking experience, Bianca holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, and Bachelor of Law from the University of New South Wales.

Felicity is the Country Manager for FIS New Zealand. Felicity brings more than 20 years’ experience in the payments industry to the role. Her key focus is developing relationships to build strategic partnerships in the complex environment of payments technology.

In her 25+ years in the banking and finance industry, Julie has worked as a banking professional, head of risk, regulatory and financial crime programs and payments domain expert across domestic, international, transaction and wholesale banking.
As Head of Payments APAC, Go To Market, Julie leads the payments business in the APAC region driving the adoption and usage of strategic services to enable frictionless payments across the SWIFT community.

With over 23 years of experience in banking across Australia and Asia, Nish is the Global Head of Product for Global Transaction Banking business at Westpac Institutional Bank based in Australia.
In her current role she covers Core Payments, New Payment Solutions, Cross Currency Payments, Domestic & International receivables, Corporate Commercial Cards, Merchant Acquiring, Liquidity solutions and Balance Sheet Management.

Jackie is the Head of Payments Industry within Institutional Digital Banking at ANZ. Commencing her career in consulting, Jackie spent 4 years with TP3 (formerly Tactics) consulting to ANZ for a range of projects, including ANZ’s Institutional cash management platform transformation from 2007-2010.
Jackie’s strengths include a depth of payments knowledge and experience, combined with a collaborative, and strong customer centric approach.

Isobel Thacker is Head of Customer Segment Management for Mastercard Australia, where she leads a team focused on deepening engagement and understanding across four B2B Customer Segments, driving growth and optimisation through client partnership on strategy, innovation, customer value proposition development and execution. Isobel is accountable for Mastercard business excellence, and regulator engagement in Australia; having most recently led activity for Mastercard to become an accredited data recipient under the Australian Consumer Data Right.
Jennifer is a highly credentialed banker with over 25 years financial experience working with the Public Sector, Multinational and Australian Corporates in the area of Cash Management, Working Capital Trade Finance and Structured Finance.
Jennifer was appointed Head of Large Markets & Supplier Payments with American Express in Global Commercial Services in January 2020 and holds positions on Executive Councils for D&I and is an advocate for equal opportunity.

PRIDAYANTI UTAMI DEWI
Dewi is the Head of Domestic Payables and Receivables Product for Australia and New Zealand within the Treasury and Trade Solutions at Citi Institutional Bank. She is responsible for driving the strategy and product roadmap, as well as overseeing the day-to-day product management for core products New Zealand market.
Dewi also leads the business strategy, design, development and commercialization of NPP/ instant payments initiatives for Citi Institutional customers in Australia.
