Jackie is the Head of Payments Industry within Institutional Banking at ANZ, leading ANZ’s engagement with payments industry bodies, regulators and policy makers on an enterprise level. Jackie has spent the last 15 years in payments and transaction banking, managing payment product portfolios, and supporting the development and management of ANZ’s strategy, standards, and thought leadership in the Industry. Jackie’s strengths include a depth of payments knowledge and experience, combined with a collaborative, and strong customer centric approach.

An experienced financial services executive with deep payments expertise, Sonja has driven large payments and operations transformations. She previously served as Head of Wrap Operations at Colonial First State and as Head of Payments & Cash Operations Australia at ANZ Bank.
She is also a Senior Fellow of FINSIA.

Isobel has over 20 years’ experience across financial services, retail and consulting. As Head of Partnerships at AP+, she works closely with industry partners to drive innovation and growth across the payments ecosystem. Prior to joining AP+, Isobel held senior leadership roles including GM Product Transformation at BOQ Group and GM Customer Banking at ME Bank. She also contributes through Board and Advisory roles. Isobel holds an MBA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

She has received multiple awards including in 2020, the Women in Payments - Distinguished Payments Professional, a lifetime achievement award.

Sim is an Executive Director in the ANZ Financial Institutions Group Payments Sales team at J.P. Morgan, with over 20 years’ experience across financial services and advisory. Based in Sydney, she delivers tailored payments, cash management and treasury solutions to non-bank financial institutions. Prior to returning to Sydney, Sim spent 15 years in Singapore with the Asia Pacific Payments Advisory team at J.P. Morgan, providing treasury advisory to Asia-headquartered and multinational corporates and NBFIs across the region. Since joining J.P. Morgan in 2011, she has also held roles spanning market management, finance, and business management.
Before joining J.P. Morgan, Sim was a Senior Manager at PwC Audit & Advisory Services, where she supported clients drive operational efficiencies and process improvements across Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.Sim is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Bronwyn is responsible or driving Cuscal’s product strategy. Bronwyn has over 25 years experience in financial services and consulting industries. Prior to joining Cuscal, Bronwyn was the Chief Product Officer at Tyro Payments and held several senior roles across various divisions within the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Bronwyn holds a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA.
