Sarbani joined Scotiabank in September 2025 as Vice President, Global Transaction Banking Analytics, where she leads GTB’s global Data & Analytics function. She is responsible for setting the data strategy and embedding data‑driven decision‑making across sales, product, channels, and operations. Sarbani partners closely with Technology and Engineering to advance GTB’s destination‑state data platform, strengthen self‑service analytics, and establish governed data practices that unlock revenue and performance insights.

Michelle has spent her career in Financial Services creating expertise across the payments industry including ecommerce product development, digital, retail/commercial payments and cash management; policy, project planning and delivery, operations and technology support as well as institutional sales and service. Michelle is currently leading RBC’s Payments Industry and Modernization programs building payment innovation, collaborating with industry partners, networks and payment regulators.

With 23 years at Fiserv, Karolin brings extensive payments experience, overseeing client support and operations functions in Canada. Passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Has over 15 years of experience leading Payments and Product Management businesses in the Financial services space including time at TD Bank and Interac Corp.

At CIBC, she leads retail money movement and optimizing Day-to-Day Banking for client servicing journeys which includes Payments Products & Services (e.g. Debit, Online Payments, Digital Wallets, Cheques, Wires, etc.)

Outside of work: She is mom to a 17-year-old teenager boy who is an avid baseball player. Phuong enjoys travelling and staying active in the gym.

Lyndsay Langford is the Head of Global Payments Solutions Canada at Bank of America. She leads both corporate and commercial banking GPS sales for the region and is a member of the Canada Executive Committee.

Andrea Lown is Head of Product at PayPal Canada, leading innovation, development and launch of payment and banking solutions for Canadian merchants and consumers. She comes to this role with 20 years of experience driving innovation in e-commerce, marketplaces and payments.

As the NBFI Head for Canada within J.P. Morgan Payments, Stephanie Marentette oversees Sales activity with Asset Managers, Broker Dealers, Insurers, Fintechs and beyond. Stephanie has 15+ years of Payments experience, including roles at Visa, Citi and TD.

Rob is the Senior Vice President, responsible for leading the Central Markets Infrastructure and Payments sector at CGI, where he oversees critical operations and the delivery of prominent payment systems. He is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, having held diverse leadership roles on both the vendor and client sides. With extensive Financial Services background, he brings valuable insights from serving as Wealth CIO and Internet Channel CIO at one of Canada’s top five banks.
