She has been at Scotiabank for 16 years, initially starting as a Manager in Proposal Writing then moving into various other Sr. Manager roles in the product group (New Product Development, Operating Accounts, SCO and Project Management Office).
Senior Vice President, Digital Distribution
As leader of the Elavon Digital Distribution teams, Carolyn is responsible for North American sales growth, through digitally-driven merchant acquisition strategies and customer retention and expansion programs. Previously, Carolyn led the Canadian tele-sales and customer account management teams at Elavon Canada.
Prior to joining Elavon, Carolyn held senior roles with multiple Canadian technology companies, responsible for sales, marketing and communications functions.

Shauna is Head of Client Delivery for Chase Merchant Services Canada. Her experience in the payments industry spans over 20 years having served on the merchant acquiring and card issuing sides of the industry.

Michelle Beyo is the CEO and Founder of FINAVATOR, an award-winning future of finance consultancy. She is also a TEDx Speaker, WEDO United Nations speaker, Money 20/20 Rise Up alumni, board advisor to Open Banking Expo and the President and a Board Member at the Open Finance Network of Canada (OFNC). With over 20 years of extensive industry experience, Michelle started FINAVATOR as she is passionate about payments and financial inclusion. She has helped to drive innovation across the retail and payments space.

Appointed in May of 2016, Lili is the CFO of Amex Bank of Canada and Lead Financial Officer of Consumer Services.
As CFO, she sits across several committees of the Bank and interacts regularly with the Board of Directors as well as Bank Regulators. She leads the Finance Leadership Team and is a member of the Canadian Executive Team where she drives the financial oversight and investment decision making.

Shelley McManus is a Director of Industry Affairs in the Enterprise Payments team at RBC. In this role, Shelley is the subject matter expert within RBC on all things related to Payments Canada – from governance to policy and rules. Working in collaboration with other members of the team, she also identifies and manages risks and issues within the Payments Canada portfolio.
Shawna leads the Consumer Marketing, Sponsorships, Product & Partner Marketing, and Communications disciplines for Mastercard in Canada. Her focus is on driving brand leadership through breakthrough campaigns, innovative thought leadership and solutions, and strong partner relationships.
She is an active member of the Canadian Leadership Team, and Executive Sponsor of the Mastercard Women’s Leadership Network Toronto Chapter.
