She has been at Scotiabank for 16 years, initially starting as a Manager in Proposal Writing then moving into various other Sr. Manager roles in the product group (New Product Development, Operating Accounts, SCO and Project Management Office).

Prior to joining Elavon, Carolyn held senior roles with multiple Canadian technology companies, responsible for sales, marketing and communications functions.
