Trudy leads the Commercial Cards business for Citibank in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). She took responsibility for the end-to-end commercial cards business 3 months into the pandemic, pivoting the business to B2B and Leisure travel flows has been critical to its ongoing success.
Trudy has also worked several functions of the regional cards business: Operations and vendor management, Implementation and Project Management, Account Management and more recently, Sales.

Charlotte, as chief customer officer is responsible for growing relationships with American Express customers internationally. By developing best-in-class products, evolving how to attract new customers and enhancing capabilities and processes, Charlotte and her team are transforming how the company connects with customers and enriching what it means to be a member.

In her career Kate has led change and transformation in payments, banking, and operations. She specialises in leading large transformational programmes for end-to-end payments in financial services.
Recently, Kate worked as a senior advisor on payment systems at the PSR. Previously she worked in several roles at Lloyds and led payment integrations for the merger with Halifax Bank of Scotland, and the Verde Divestment, ultimately becoming TSB's Payments Director.

Hannah Fitzsimons joined Cashflows in May 2022 after over ten years at Elavon, holding several positions and working her way up to EVP and General Manager.Hannah has spent her career working across the finance and fintech industry in roles at Citibank and Natwest. She is an experienced leader and has built high-achieving, international teams with a track record of fast expansion and growth, as well as being a champion for workplace diversity and innovation.

Kate has worked in financial services for over 20 years. Through a number of diverse roles in marketing, product development, technology and payments, the common thread for Kate is the delivery of great end user journeys and solutions. Kate is on the executive of Pay.UK, the UK’s retail payment system operator. Kate leads the Business Development function at Pay.UK, focussing on product management and development, supporting new business and Fraud. Pay.UK has the purpose to power payments, champion innovation and give the UK choice in how it pays.

Anita joined Spotify in 2019 and leads the team that is responsible for defining and implementing Spotify's strategic plan for commerce and payments, across 184 markets and multiple services for consumers, creators and advertisers. Previously, she held various leadership roles within Barclays’ Payments business where she helped shape its international e-commerce and omnichannel payment strategies as well as leading its SME product organization.

Keira is Co-chair of the UK chapter of Mastercard’s gender equity group WLN (Women’s Leadership Network). The co-chairs lead a community of 800 supporters and a volunteer workforce of 30 people striving for a better balanced workplace. In her “day job”, Keira works in Global Partnerships at Mastercard. She has a background in innovation and marketing and lives in London with her family and two dogs.

Kirsty has a 22-year career in Payments in Barclays. Working up through the organisation over this period has afforded her opportunity to understand the workings of the business in great detail. In addition, over this period Kirsty has been able to explore multiple different roles and opportunities to use her skills.
Now as a Managing Director, Kirsty has a huge interest in supporting colleagues and driving the agenda for Diversity.

Hemlata is the European President of Elavon, where she is responsible for 1,000 employees in seven countries. She leads Elavon’s customer-facing teams that provide payment services for small businesses and large Corporates through multiple channels, and the core product and commercial functions that support their delivery.
Through her career, Hemlata has also led strategic initiatives around small business growth, urban mobility, digital proposition development and diversification of partnerships and alliances.

Priyanka is a Managing Director and Head of Global Liquidity and Accounts Solutions specialists within J.P. Morgan Payments. Her group is responsible for delivering strategic solutions incorporating liquidity and account solutions, supporting Large Corporate and Financial Institutions clients.
With over 18 years of experience in Product and Client advisory roles, her areas of expertise include liquidity management, virtual accounts, cash investments, treasury transformation, working capital management and 3rd party monies.
