Before joining Mastercard, Ana Lucia worked at Booz & Company, leading complex consulting projects including a wide array of themes.

Prior to joining Ripple, Isabel led the financial regulatory team at Google, where she worked for 12 years. Isabel has served and serves on boards of directors, including those of Google Pay and Women in Payments.A specialist in payment regulation, data protection, and fintech, Isabel holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), with specializations in Contract Law and Corporate Law. She also completed the Board Directors Program at IBGC. She led the New Technologies and Data Protection Committee of the São Paulo Bar Association (IASP) and coordinated the Technology and Innovation Committee of the Brazilian Institute for Business Law (IBRADEMP).
