MEMBERSHIP MONTHLY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EFFECTIVE: June 06, 2026

Purpose

The Women in Payments Monthly Member Rewards program is designed to recognize and reward our global membership community as part of our elevated member experience initiative. Monthly rewards will feature curated experiences and offerings contributed by Women in Payments, Leadership Collective coaches, sponsors, and community partners.

Eligibility

    • Participants must hold an active Women in Payments membership at the time of the draw.
    • Membership must remain active through the prize fulfillment period.
    • Draws are open to eligible Women in Payments members globally unless otherwise specified.
    • Employees and contractors of Women in Payments are excluded from participation.

Monthly Draw Structure

Standard Monthly Draws

    • One member will be selected at random each month from the active membership base.

Symposium Months

During months in which a Women in Payments Symposium takes place:

    • One winner may be selected from members attending the Symposium and announced at the Symposium.
    • Winners of Symposium draws must be present at the time of the draw announcement to claim their reward. If the selected winner is not present, an alternate winner may be selected.
    • One additional winner may be selected from active members not attending the event.

This approach is intended to recognize both event participation and the broader global member community.

Rewards Categories

Rewards may include, but are not limited to:

    • Complimentary Symposium passes
    • Leadership Collective program seats
    • Executive or leadership coaching sessions
    • Signed books from Leadership Collective coaches and industry leaders
    • Sponsor contributed experiences, services, or event access
    • Additional curated rewards as determined by Women in Payments

Reward availability and categories may vary by month.

Winner Selection

    • Winners will be selected randomly from eligible active members.
    • Draws will be administered by Women in Payments.
    • Winners may be announced through Women in Payments communication channels, unless otherwise requested by the winner.

Reward Conditions

    • Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise determined by Women in Payments.
    • Certain rewards may be subject to scheduling availability, geographic limitations, or additional conditions established by the reward provider.
    • Coaching sessions, event access, and experiential rewards must typically be redeemed within the timeframe communicated to the recipient.

Sponsor & Partner Contributions

Some rewards may be provided by Women in Payments sponsors, Leadership Collective coaches, partners, or community contributors.

Women in Payments reserves the right to substitute, modify, or adjust rewards based on availability.

General Conditions

Women in Payments reserves the right to:

    • Modify or discontinue the Monthly Member Rewards program at any time
    • Adjust eligibility requirements or reward structures
    • Disqualify participants where misuse or abuse of the program is identified

Winners may be announced through Women in Payments communication channels.

By participating in the Monthly Member Rewards program, winners grant Women in Payments the right to announce, recognize, and promote their name, organization, and reward received through Women in Payments marketing and communication channels, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

All decisions related to winner selection and reward allocation will be final.

Reward offerings, timing, and availability may vary throughout the year and by region.
