Who or what has been your biggest source of inspiration throughout your career?

Building Relationships. In a client-facing role, it’s essential not just to deliver solutions and secure business, but also to manage expectations and convey difficult news to both clients and teammates. Building lasting relationships, grounded in trust, is what drives me.

Would you say your success is primarily due to luck or hard work?

Relentless hard work has been crucial, but so has the serendipity of meeting the right people at critical junctures in my career. This blend of dedication and fortunate encounters has been paramount to my success.

What is the driving force behind your career aspirations?

Passion for what I do.

If given the chance to do one thing differently in your career, what would it be and why?

Reflecting on my journey, I wish I had voiced my career aspirations sooner, set clearer expectations, and taken more risks.

What was your most favourite job/role and why?

Currently, I hold the position of Relationship Executive, a role I cherish deeply. It affords me the opportunity to foster connections, structure deals, address clients’ pain points, learn continuously, travel, and meet new people regularly.

Do you have a favourite motto or quote that guides your professional life?

“Comfort is the enemy of achieving.” The ever-changing landscape of our industry demands an agile mindset, and embracing change has become second nature to me.
