Sharing her career journey by answering the six questions below.

Who or what has been your biggest source of inspiration throughout your career?

The greatest source of inspiration in my career has always been witnessing how people grow—both personally and professionally. Watching someone evolve through mentorship, leadership opportunities, or even overcoming setbacks is incredibly rewarding. This fuels my passion to foster environments where growth can happen—whether it’s through offering guidance, empowering others to take ownership, or simply being present to support their journey.

Would you say your success is primarily due to luck or hard work?

I believe my success is a combination of both. Hard work at the core foundation is inevitable and lady luck has also played its role. I have been very grateful meeting great people who believe in me and took the leap of faith in having opportunities come my way.

What is the driving force behind your career aspirations?

Making a positive impact that is meaningful. I believe that success isn’t just measured by personal achievements, but how we uplift others and contribute to a larger sense of purpose.

If given the chance to do one thing differently in your career, what would it be and why?

If I could do one thing differently in my career, it would be to have more courage and be assertive in making my voice heard. Over time, I have learned that being courageous even when it’s uncomfortable, not only brings value to the table as every voice, including my own has the power to shape decisions, spark innovation, and drive change!

What was your most favourite job/role and why?

My favorite role was when I was first given the opportunity to be client facing as a Relationship Manager. I love the dynamic nature of working closely with clients, adapting to their evolving needs, and playing a key role in their growth journey—also the reason why I empower the team that I am leading to be client obsessed, every single day!
