Who or what has been your biggest source of inspiration throughout your career?

My female colleagues, family members and friends – I am always blown away by how amazing women are.

Would you say your success is primarily due to luck or hard work?

I was extremely lucky to be raised away from conflict, with access to a good education and health services and in an environment in which I felt included. I wish for a future in which everyone can say the same.

What is the driving force behind your career aspirations?

A genuine enjoyment in engaging with people, problem solving and creating an impact.

If given the chance to do one thing differently in your career, what would it be and why?

Tackle the skills that did not come naturally to me as early on in my career as possible.

What was your most favourite job/role and why?

I really enjoy the public speaking element of my current job at Worldpay – I love engaging with customers and creating an impact in real time.

Do you have a favourite motto or quote that guides your professional life?
