Sharing her career journey by answering the six questions below.

Who or what has been your biggest source of inspiration throughout your career?

As most of my career roles are FI relationship management or product sales, my inspirations are always the satisfaction of the clients and the business opportunities gained on the basis of such trusted relationships.

Would you say your success is primarily due to luck or hard work?

The success, if any, is the result of combination of strong platform I worked for, the growth of our clients, my diligent work as well as intellectual curiosity. I feel really lucky to have the chance working in multiple strong global financial institutions and serve the largest financial institution clients during my career journey.

What is the driving force behind your career aspirations?

I’ve been passionate to learn more about how the giant financial institutions are running and creating value for the clients, then consequently growing together with the clients. It’s the key driver for me to welcome every opportunities and challenges, as I could always have some positive gains out of it.

If given the chance to do one thing differently in your career, what would it be and why?

I’ve been guided by a few excellent mentors whose sharing and coaching broadened my vision and uplifted my confidence in taking larger roles. I wish I could have mentors earlier in my career.

What was your most favourite job/role and why?

I’m interested in various roles and jobs. One of them is FI relationship management. Serving our FI clients professionally in decades of years allows me building up trust, strong business relationships as well as friendship with them, which is really valuable assets for me.

Do the right thing and do it persistently.
