Who or what has been your biggest source of inspiration throughout your career?

I have been lucky with great managers throughout my career, who mentored me and set examples.

Would you say your success is primarily due to luck or hard work?

Both: working hard and preparing myself so I am always ready when luck comes.

What is the driving force behind your career aspirations?

I enjoy challenges, the sense of accomplishment, but more importantly, to be able to make a difference to others, to the business, and to society.

If given the chance to do one thing differently in your career, what would it be and why?

I don’t think I would like to change anything, because I feel every single experience I’ve had, I have learnt so much from.

What was your most favourite job/role and why?

The current role at BNY, because I feel I can make an impact here.
