Sharing her career journey by answering the six questions below.
Who or what has been your biggest source of inspiration throughout your career?
My greatest inspiration has always been my family, who have instilled in me the values of perseverance, integrity, and hard work. I have also been fortunate to learn from great leaders and to grow within an institution that has trusted me, challenged me, and given me the opportunity to continuously evolve.
Would you say your success is primarily due to luck or hard work?
Nothing is lucky. Success comes from resilience, hard work, and faith. These values require discipline, perseverance, and many sacrifices along the way, but are absolutely worth it.
What is the driving force behind your career aspirations?
I am continuously growing both personally and professionally, challenging myself, and striving to achieve meaningful goals. I am also driven by the opportunity to work alongside people who inspire me and whom I can positively impact, while always being there for our clients and providing solutions that truly make a difference.
If given the chance to do one thing differently in your career, what would it be and why?
I am proud of the journey my career has taken. If I could do something differently, I would have spent even more time learning from the remarkable leaders I have worked with throughout the years. Their experience, perspective, and leadership have been invaluable, and those moments of learning are often the ones that shape you the most as a professional.
What was your most favourite job/role and why?
Payments, without a doubt. I entered the industry when the physical card was still the dominant method of payment, and I have had the privilege of growing alongside its transformation. From traditional cards to contactless technology and digital wallets, being part of an industry that continuously reshapes how people and businesses interact with money has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. Contributing to solutions that make payments simpler, faster, and more accessible across markets remains a true passion of mine.
Do you have a favourite motto or quote that guides your professional life?
This is something that I use in all the aspects of my life: You will always find me fighting forward, but never giving up.
