Tribeni Chougule is the Founder of Kinspace, a leadership and organisational consultancy helping leaders and teams uncover the hidden dynamics that shape culture, performance and belonging. She is an ICF ACC and EMCC Senior Practitioner accredited executive coach, a certified Hogan and Spotlight practitioner, and holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from Warwick Business School.
Tribeni brings 25 years of global experience across technology, financial services and payments, including 12 years at Visa. Her work integrates behavioural change, systems thinking, living systems, inclusion and reflective practice. She supports leaders to navigate complexity, build strategic presence, close the gap between intention and action, and lead with greater authenticity, courage and impact. Her practice also draws on nature-connected and living-systems approaches to help leaders see patterns, adapt to changing contexts and work with greater awareness of themselves, others and their wider system.
Tribeni is a Warwick Business School Specialist Executive Coach and a Partner Coach with Women in Sustainability. She has been a mentor across multiple leadership and professional communities, including Women in Payments and Money20/20 RiseUp. Her recognitions include the Innovate Finance Women in FinTech Powerlist, TechWomen100, WeAreTheCity Rising Star and Highly Commended Mentor of the Year by Women of the Future.
