Katja Gerwald is the Head of GPS Business Management Continental Europe and Head GPS Product Management Germany (interim) at HSBC being based in Düsseldorf, Germany. She lived and worked abroad for several years; People development is at her heart.

Riley MacDonald is a Senior Director within Worldpay’s Enterprise Product team responsible for expanding and enhancing Worldpay’s domestic payment capabilities within Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Amanda Nartey is the International Head of Client Onboarding & Service for JPMorgan’s Commercial Bank and a Trustee Director of the JPMorgan UK Pension Plan. She brings over 20 years of financial services experience spanning global programmes, payments and digital transformation, driving strategy and high-impact client outcomes.

Emanuela is the Global Co-Head of Cross-border Payments & Receivables at Citibank. She is responsible for the management of a very broad and competitively differentiated suite of cross border payments solutions into over 200 countries. She is accountable for the business strategy and execution, P&L, and product development function in partnership with Citi Markets and Securities Services.

With 15 years of extensive experience in payments and retail, Nina Sametinger brings a wealth of expertise in driving growth and innovation across global markets. Beginning her career in leading sales and business development roles at eBay, she successfully transitioned to PayPal, where she built and led the business development teams. There, she spearheaded large-scale deals in mobile payments and expanded access to new regions, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate complex, fast-evolving markets.

Jennifer Wan is Managing Director, EMEA Head of Specialized Product Sales for Global Payments Solutions at Bank of America. She is responsible for the delivery of product specialism to clients across Trade, Card, Transactional FX and Merchant Solutions, and has been with BofA since 2006.
