Prior to this role, she was VP/General Manager for Global Network Partnerships EMEA. She has managed a number of EMEA bank and acquiring partnerships for AXP and led the Global Merchant Services EMEA Sales Effectiveness team and the One Phone Channel in Madrid. Vivi began her career in AXP 17 years ago and worked in several sales enablement and business development functions. For her contributions to Amex, she has been honoured with 5 President’s Club Awards. Vivi also sits on the Board of Trustees of King’s Trust International.

She is an experienced leader and has built high-achieving, international teams with a track record of fast expansion and growth, as well as being a champion for workplace diversity and innovation.

Simona Giaquinto, Managing Director, is the Global Business Development Lead for Account Solutions, within JPMorgan Payments. Her team is accountable for the strategic vision, delivery and implementation of Virtual Solutions across client segments and markets, globally. Simona moved to the UK from Italy in 2000 where she originally joined the JPMorgan cafeteria as supervisor.

Elena has over 20 years experience in Financial Services. Since joining Citi in 2004, she has held a number of roles within the bank - covering Network, Operations, Project and Product Management, among other functions. Through these roles Elena has supported and led multiple Payment and Receivables solutions, and built a wealth of expertise in transactional banking. Elena also plays an active role in industry forums.

Anita joined Spotify in 2019 and leads the team driving the company’s global commerce and payments strategy across 180+ countries, supporting consumers, creators, and advertisers. Previously, she held senior roles within Barclays’ Payments division, shaping its international e-commerce and omnichannel strategies, and leading its Small Business product organization. Earlier in her career, she was among PayPal’s first UK employees, helping launch its UK merchant services business.

Keira is Co-chair of the UK chapter of Mastercard’s gender equity group WLN (Women’s Leadership Network). The co-chairs lead a community of 800 supporters and a volunteer workforce of 30 people striving for a better balanced workplace. In her “day job”, Keira works in Global Partnerships at Mastercard. She has a background in innovation and marketing and lives in London with her family and two dogs.

Alex is the General Counsel of the Payment Systems Regulator (“PSR”). Alex joined the PSR from the Cabinet Office’s Investment Security Unit, the UK’s national security investment screening body. Previously, Alex worked at the Competition and Markets Authority (the “CMA”) as a Legal Director and, before that, a Mergers Director. Alex has practised extensively in the fields of sectoral regulation, antitrust and competition law, and mergers and markets activities, including in-house roles.
